All Tanks Ship Empty
All propane tanks and cylinders sold by Propane Tank Marketplace are shipped completely empty of propane in accordance with applicable U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
We sell propane tanks and related equipment only.
We do not sell, transport, or deliver propane fuel.
Customers are responsible for arranging filling through a licensed propane supplier after delivery.
Safe Installation & Use
Propane tanks are pressure vessels intended to store flammable fuel.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all products are:
Properly installed
Properly maintained
Properly inspected
Filled by qualified propane professionals
Used in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Many stationary and underground propane tanks require permits, inspections, setback requirements, and professional installation.
