Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

• All original packaging, documentation, and accessories must be included

• Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

• Return Method: At a drop -off location 
• In Store 

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or special-order products

• Items that have been used, installed, or modified

• Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact us at info@propanetankmarketplace.com or call +1 631-937-1960 to request a Return Authorization (RA)

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos

3. We’ll respond with return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent)

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance coverage

• Propane Tank Marketplace is not responsible for lost or damaged returns

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status

• If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Partial Refunds May Apply If:
